newest plan of my house!!

So I got a REAL job! it is going to pay pretty well! and i am super excited. so its looking like i can save 10% of a 239k house in about 8-9 months. starting april, bc thats when i start the new job thingy.. that is if i save everything i make from the new job.. and keep the old job for expenses.. hopefully it works out. :)
